Aus diesem Grunde möchte ich meine Wohnung untervermieten, bzw. mit DIr teilen.
Ich bin nach 68er, also WG erfahren
alles andere besprechbar :)
Sonstiges:
falls es gut mit uns funktioniert, ist ein längeres oder auch Dauermietverhältnis denkbar,
da ich gerade unterwegs bin, habe ich keine Bilder, lade diese demnächst hoch
fahrrad geht prinzipiell in den Keller, die Treppe ist allerdings etwas steil
unter dem Zimmer ist eine Burger Bude, die allerdings für mich nicht zu laut ist

Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen Park und eine lebendige Einkaufstraße, wo man alles für den täglichen Einkauf, sowie Cafe´´s und Restaurants zum ausgehen findet!
Aus dem Fenster des Zimmer´s schaut man in Bäume, es gibt keine direktes Gegenüber, sondern eine Kirche und das dazugehörige Gemeindehaus.
Zwischen 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die U-Bahn, die Tram und den Bus und ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und ca. 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof!
